Starting a new job can be a bit scary, and we understand! At Great West Casualty Company, we invest in your long-term success. That is why every new employee is assigned a mentor. Mentors help new employees learn about Great West’s culture and expectations, introduces them to other employees, provides guidance, and exposes new employees to the mentor's leadership skills.
