FITNESS CLUB SUBSIDIZATION: Subsidization of fitness club memberships for eligible employees and their spouses who visit the fitness club a minimum of 24 times in a 90-day cycle.
STRETCHING PROGRAMS: Daily stretching activities to promote ergonomic wellness.
SHORT-TERM DISABILITY: The plan provides that, following a one-year period of service and in the event of a disability due to illness or non-work-related injury, an employee is eligible to receive a portion of his/her salary once a waiting period has been met and/or available paid leave has been exhausted. There is a maximum of 90 days short-term disability leave duration per incident. Pregnancy leave is treated the same as any other disability.

LIFEWORKS® EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM: Employees and their family have 24-hour unlimited access to consultants by telephone, to resources and tools online, and up to three face-to-face visits with counselors for help with short-term problems at work or home.
