INSURANCE EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL DESIGNATIONS: 100 percent of the cost for approved course work resulting in a qualified professional designation is paid. Successful completions of certain courses is recognized with financial rewards.
TUITION REIMBURSEMENT AND EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE: Up to 50 percent of qualified expenses for college courses is paid. Courses directly related to the job may be paid up to 100 percent.
